What drugstore foundation would you recommend for stage? it has to be matte, long lasting, and sweat and waterproof.

Two best longwear foundations at the drugstore level:

Maybelline SuperStay Liquid Foundation - $8

Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation for Oily/Combination Skin - $10

Both have a matte finish and are full coverage.  They have wonderful staying power and I recommend them both, although the Revlon one is my personal favorite foundation.
